1) The mind plays an important role and guides you towards relationships. What planets
guide the mind? Moon is the most powerful and significant mind planet. Venus is the
planet of love and romance; Rahu is called the mleccha Karaka which lures individuals to
flout social norms. Mars is an aggressive planet driven by passion. It is the effect of these
planets that drive individuals towards extramarital affairs. The 5th house signifies love
and romance, the 3rd, 7th, and 11th are called Kama Trikona forming a desire triangle. In
Vedic astrology, the 12th house is responsible for bed pleasure. If the 3rd,5th,7th,11th
and 12 lords relate to Rahu, Venus, Moon or Mars in your Astro chart, there is a strong
chance of a secret love affair. It must be remembered that planets in your horoscope do
not work in isolation and more aspects need to be considered before reaching such a
conclusion.
2) Moon is the planet of the mind, and Jupiter guides our wisdom and mercury intelligence.
Moon is a planet driven by imagination and therefore called ‘illicit’ by some. Now how
can you detect that intelligence is linked to carnal desires? If Mercury is in the 5th or 9th
place or conjunction with the Moon in the Rashi chart (Navamsa), the mind is likely to

3) Venus is the lord of love and romance and plays a dominant role in giving rise to
extramarital desires. How does it happen? If Venus is in conjunction with Rahu or Mars,
the person is driven by unbridled passion. If the conjunction is formed with Scorpio,
Aries, Libra, and Gemini, or in Bharani Nakshatra, the signs gain strength. If the
conjunction happens in the Navamsa, it heightens the chances of extramarital
relationships. When Rahu and Venus are in conjunction in Scorpio, in Navamsa it
